The three-phase lifecycle
- Phase I – Diagnose (3 weeks) Scale-ready Diagnostics. Three lenses, 8-12 interviews, AI-accelerated analysis, prioritized roadmap
- Phase II – Decide (3 weeks) You read the roadmap. We talk. You decide which build-out (or none) to run next. There is no obligation – the roadmap is yours regardless.
- Phase III – Build (8-14 weeks per build-out) One or more specialized build-outs. (Operating Cadence, Insights and Data, GTM and monetization). Founder-led delivery with workshops, deliverables, and embedded participation in your operating cadence.

What an engagement looks like operationally
- Communication: 1–2 weekly syncs with the executive sponsor; daily-as-needed during interview-heavy weeks.
- Workspace: A shared Notion workspace with progress, interview notes, findings, and deliverables. Refreshed weekly. Encrypted dashboard for at-a-glance status.
- Deliverables: Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint decks. Yours to keep. We don’t install software.
- AI usage: ScaleCadence has developed a number of AI IPs from engagement orchestration, research, data reconciliation, to predictive analysis. ~60% of routine analysis runs through internal AI accelerators (Anthropic-only sub-processor), so founder focuses on the critical work of project design, input collection, stakeholder interview/alignment, synthesis, critical judgement, communication management, etc. Full disclosure on /how-we-use-ai.
- Pricing: Project-based, transparent on this site. Retainer optional after the first build-out.

No lock-in promise
Every engagement closes cleanly. You own all deliverables. You can hire us again or never. Charter Client engagements include a feedback session and reference-commitment ask but do not obligate further work.
